Face The Unknown and take on a fitness challenge like no other.

Sign up, and each evening we’ll send you a new fitness challenge to complete the next day for two weeks this June. Get sponsored for facing the unknown and help raise money to support homeless people who face the unknown every day.

Whether you are a fitness fanatic looking for variety, or an exercise novice looking for inspiration, there’ll be a daily challenge for you! And you can never be sure who will pop up to set the next challenge – Face the Unknown is supported by some familiar faces from the world of sport and fitness including the best workout in the world, Barry’s Bootcamp, Ex-pro rugby player, Ben John, British Decathlete, Benjamin Gregory and Co-founder of Bear Fitness London, Sarah Ryder.

All that's left to do is hit sign up below to pay your £5 entry fee and you'll have secured your place in the event to receive two weeks of carefully curated fitness challenges.

What type of workouts can I expect to take part in?

Expect HIIT, yoga, jogging/running, burpees, lunges and more. This is an opportunity to try out new things, some tried and tested, some novel and unusual. The programme has been carefully curated and famous names from sports and fitness will also be involved. Most workouts will include video content, so you have someone to keep you motivated! There will be a choice each day so you can select something that suits the time you have, your fitness level and interests.

How long will the workout challenges be each day and what time?

They will range from 20-60 minutes long. You can complete them at any time of day that suits you! First thing in the morning, in the evening or whenever you have time. You will be sent the challenge the evening before, so you can plan ahead for the next day.

What equipment will I need?

Equipment needed: trainers; yoga mat; set of dumbbells or an alternative such as bottles or cans; towel. You will not need all of this equipment every day - it will depend on the challenge. We will let you know what is needed in the challenge email.

About The Passage

The Passage has been the caretaker of the homeless community in London for the past 40 years, our aim is to end our clients’ homelessness by inspiring them to transform their lives.

This year we have seen an increasing number of people coming to The Passage who are experiencing homelessness for the first time due to job loss and the difficult economic climate. We need to prevent people from sleeping out on the streets; even one night can have a devastating effect and make recovery, resettlement and the return to employment much more difficult. The money raised from our Face the Unknown Fitness Challenge will go towards The Passage’s No Night Out service, which will put a stop to anyone having to spend a night on the streets.
